Job overview In this role, as Managing Director you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the Taiwan Commercial team, managing the sales and marketing plans to both achieving key qualitative and quantitative goals with targeted profitability, and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for Fluke in Taiwan. Developing and maintaining healthy distribution network across Taiwan. Tracking sales performance and developing solutions in performance improvement possibility. Building up and developing a professional Commercial team. Supporting team members with their career development and retaining key talents through collaboration with HR and management team. 8+ years’ experience in industrial sectors with strong technical knowledge. 5+ years’ sales management experience.
