• Location: Buckingham, North Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Starting from £13 per hour
• Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential skills.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to track progress and tailor support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrates patience, emotional intelligence, and a calm demeanour.
• Is a strong communicator and team player.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
