We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading development teams for solutions based on both Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE (D365) projects. The role involves leading the planning, design, estimation, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainable, while working with development teams and directly with customers. Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, high-level and detailed designs, configuration, and user guides. Training & Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff. Identify opportunities for process improvement, introducing wider use of Copilot and AI and implement enhancements to maximise efficiency. Demonstrated experience leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (including Canvas, Model-driven, and Power Pages) and Dynamics 365, with expertise in associated ALM strategies. Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile and DevOps teams. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking Testing: Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform and D365 solutions. UI/UX Design: Experience designing solutions with a focus on UI/UX and accessibility. Wider Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with the broader Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, and Forms, configuring and deploying Power BI solutions Experience delivering implementations through Success by Design or Power Platform Well-Architected. Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and integration services. Certifications: Microsoft certifications (PL-600 and any of MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-700, AZ-900).
