Job Title and Overview
Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager – responsible for managing existing client accounts and supporting ongoing company growth.
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £55k + Training & Benefits. Benefits include pension scheme, company vehicle and competitive annual leave allowance.

They are seeking a switched‐on and proactive Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager who can manage existing client accounts and support ongoing company growth. Applicants must have well‐rounded technical knowledge, including process systems (Cooling Towers, Steam Boilers and Closed Systems). Experience / Qualifications
Proven success of managing Water Treatment / Hygiene client accounts
Robust technical knowledge, including ACOP L8, HSG 274 and HTM 0401 guidelines
Excellent communication and management skills
Comfortable managing teams of site staff
Able to manage own workload efficiently
Hardworking attitude
Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Responsibilities
Managing key client accounts within Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, Cooling Towers, Closed Systems and Steam Boilers
Ensuring contracts run to agreed deadlines and budget
Monitoring the efficiency of engineers, completing competency checks and training
Renewing and upgrading existing client contracts
Upselling of further company services
Identifying potential client leads and making contact
Fostering strong working relationships with clients
Acting as a key point of contact for logistical or technical issues
Liaising with suppliers and third parties
Ordering of materials and tools
Producing quotations and tenders
