Brownlee Cale are recruiting a Electrical Designer to join our client in Warrington. Our client is one of the UK\’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors working across Water, Energy, Nuclear and Pharma sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver electrical and instrumentation (E&I) designs in line with BS7671 and client requirements

Produce 2D/3D design documentation, including layouts, SLDs, cable routing, loop and earthing diagrams

Support projects through all phases, from surveys to as-built documentation
-
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
-
Provide input on hazardous area design, IS calculations, and digital network diagrams
Requirements:
-
5+ years experience in electrical design, ideally in the UK water/utilities sector
-
HNC/Degree in Electrical or related engineering discipline
-
Knowledge of BS7671 (18th Edition), CDM Regulations, and design best practices
-
Proficient in AutoCAD LT, Trimble/Amtech, MS Office (Revit/Navisworks a plus)
