About Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs): The Enterprise CRM Solutions team was created in 2024 as part of the company\βs Framework for Winning. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. The Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Solutions (eCRMs) team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domain via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.
We\βre looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Sales Domain within eCRMs, focusing on scaling and optimizing Guided Selling capabilities globally. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for horizontal CRM capabilities β setting vision, shaping strategy, and driving execution. You\βll collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and data experts to create solutions that empower our Sales teams, improve compliance, and enhance the customer experience.
How will you make an impact is this role?
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Guided Selling capabilities aligned to enterprise goals.
- Lead roadmap planning and delivery, balancing innovation with business needs and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct deep discovery and requirements definition with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Drive AI-powered enhancements such as call summarization, next-best-action recommendations, and conversational insights to elevate sales performance and compliance.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible ROI.
- Establish and track KPIs that measure adoption, performance, and business value; use data to guide continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to partners and senior leaders across global markets.
- Champion platform governance and standardization to ensure consistency and alignment across business units.
- Collaborate with Platform owners\β peers to share best practices and maintain executional excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong product management experience, including proven success leading end-to-end delivery of at least one major product or platform initiative.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools; hands-on Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, working collaboratively with Technology and Data teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled or Guided Selling platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, , Gong) and a passion for using data to drive sales transformation.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills β adept at influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Mural, and Excel, with a talent for turning data and strategy into compelling visual narratives.

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Agile or SAFe frameworks, with a focus on delivering incremental value and managing global complexity.
