The Opportunity:
Finatal are working with an exciting Venture Capital fund who are looking to add a new investor to their high-performing team. They typically focus on AI/Robotics/Deeptech innovation investing (Series B onwards). This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded, numerate self-starter with a passion for high tech products to join a growing fund strategy with new capital to deploy. You will have access to every element of the deal process from day one, working closely with their experienced senior investors.
The Role:
You will be involved on deals end-to-end from day one. This will include origination, due diligence/evaluation, execution and portfolio monitoring.
You will be responsible for performing due diligence assessments and producing investment recommendations
You will participate in various kinds of analysis and reporting pertaining to existing portfolio companies.
The Requirements:
· 2-5 years experience, ideally with some prior VC experience
· An exceptional and relevant (Science/Computing/AI/Robotics) academic track record.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ambitious, adaptable mindset.
