With a strong focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and exceptional customer service, they are now looking for an experienced senior buyer/head of buying to take the lead in their ambient category and shape the future of their premium product range. Thios client will be growing and are looking for a commercial head of buying to take the team on the journey and grow the department.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the grocery, ambient, and health & well-being categories, reporting directly to the commercial director. You will drive long-term strategy, enhance profitability, and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years. Leading a current team of eight, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction. We're seeking a commercially astute and strategic leader with a strong background at senior buyer, head of buying, or category manager level. You should be a proactive problem solver with a forward-thinking approach, eager to drive innovation and transformation. As the company enters an exciting phase of expansion, this role offers the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team while shaping the right buying strategy. The package includes a competitive base salary of up to £95,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £14,000 per year.
