The Opportunity We're looking for a Global Workplace Partner to lead the operational strategy and execution of our office environments around the world. You’ll be responsible for driving global standards in compliance, safety, and experience—ensuring our workplaces are engaging, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our teams. In this role, you’ll directly manage critical workplace programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead our network of Site Coordinators to create a consistent and world-class workplace experience across the globe. You’ll report into the Head of People Operations. The Team Our People Team spans across the U.S., Canada, UK, Spain, and France, and includes functions like People Business Partners, People Ops, IDEB, Employee Experience, L&D, Workplace and Culture, and Talent Acquisition. We’re a collaborative, people-first group committed to creating a great experience for every employee—wherever they’re based. What You’ll Be Doing Operational Leadership
- Own our global office strategy—space planning, openings/closures, and utilization
- Manage workspace provider relationships (e.g. WeWork strategy)
- Develop and manage global workplace operations and experience standards
- Maintain open feedback channels for employee workplace concerns
Compliance and Safety
- Lead global emergency preparedness, evacuation plans, and response protocols
- Ensure workplace compliance and maintain updated safety documentation
- Manage visitor access and security consistency across office locations
- Coordinate fire warden and first aider training programs
- Oversee ergonomic assessments and accommodations
Site Coordination
- Own global workplace task execution across all office locations
- Partner with Site Coordinators to maintain operational consistency
- Assess site-level staffing needs and support models
- Collaborate across HR, Legal, People Experience, EAs, and more to align efforts
- Support the transition of responsibilities to appropriate teams where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office services within a global, multi-site environment
- Proven success managing vendors and compliance across geographies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
