One of our companies is currently looking for an FP&A Manager in Anywhere .
We\’re seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a fast-paced and data-driven organization. In this fully remote role, you\’ll work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals. This position plays a key role in shaping decision-making by delivering insights, managing budgets, and supporting strategic initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes for key revenue and cost areas
- Deliver accurate and insightful monthly, quarterly, and board-level performance reports
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and explain trends or deviations from forecasts
- Collaborate with business units to translate operational performance into financial metrics
- Support strategic decision-making by providing ROI analyses, business case evaluations, and pricing models
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process automation
- Contribute to systems development and integrations to improve FP&A capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in financial planning & analysis, with leadership exposure
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling capabilities
- Proficient in financial planning tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or TM1
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), both written and verbal
- Proven ability to deliver insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience in B2C, SaaS, or online subscription-based businesses
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical coding tools
