Job Title: Chaperone and Assistant Specialist – Technician
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Duration: 1 Year contract
Job Description Summary:
- Vendor Chaperone to working across three buildings to chaperone vendors, liaising between scientists, service providers and LET engineers.
- Maximum up time to maintain.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively, whilst always paying great attention to detail.
Job Description:
- GMP experience required
- Collection of Vendors and deliver to final location, completion of work order activities within department ensuring good service and compliant.
- Assist LET Team on task related activities eg: Freezer transfers, speed vacs and HPLC’s wastes.
- Accountable for equipment stock and inventory management with Kanban approach.
- Partake in laboratory inspections taking responsibility for delivery of follow on actions.
- Assist the team with department equipment send and receiving.
- To form a liaison point between scientists, service providers and the engineering department for breakdowns, preventative maintenance or calibration controls activities.
- Good computer skills and Excellent organization skills
