We are supporting a global consulting group\’s award-winning cyber security practice in the hiring of a Director specialising in Identity & Access Management (IAM) advising into the UK Financial Services sector. Working on a hybrid basis, the role, team, and clients are London-centric and will pay approximately £200,000 basic plus additional cash benefits, annual bonuses, and broad benefits. Cyber Risk, Resilience, and Privacy Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud Security Cyber Threat Management Financial Services The Director will be responsible for: Developing and executing an IAM strategy for the FS sector in collaboration with leadership and partners, including setting vision, objectives, and overseeing implementation. Building relationships within the firm (e.g., IAM leads in other groups and Technology Risk) to unify offerings. SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta) to promote collaboration and sales. Working with IAM capability leaders on people management to support strategic success. Connecting business transformation initiatives with IAM and shaping future services and tools. Building internal and external relationships to develop a pipeline of opportunities and sell engagements. Overseeing delivery of FS IAM engagements, managing multiple projects with senior team support. Identifying growth opportunities within the FS cyber security landscape and developing strategies accordingly. Building networks and client relationships at senior levels (CIO, CRO, COO, CISO, Head of Technology). Has experience working in the Financial Services sector, including with large, global organizations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences, along with relevant sales, negotiation, and project management skills.
