Who are we?

St. Peter’s is a Charismatic Evangelical Anglican Church located in West Harrow. We aim to positively impact our community with the love and hope of Jesus Christ. As a multicultural, multigenerational church family, we are blessed with dedicated members and supported by a strong staff team. We are part of OneChurch Harrow, a collective of local churches, and have been designated as a London Diocese Resource Church. We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee our administrative, financial, and operational functions to support our ministry and mission.

What does the job involve?

  1. Overseeing daily operations, HR, and finances
  2. Managing Operations staff, volunteers, and service providers
  3. Leading event coordination and managing building use
  4. Ensuring compliance, safety, and maintenance of facilities
  5. Collaborating with the Vicar and PCC to support church growth

We are looking for:

  • A practicing Christian with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in operations, HR, or finance
  • Enthusiastic about problem-solving, teamwork, and contributing to a joyful team culture
