Collaborating directly with our Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for defining and actioning our hugely exciting product roadmap, impacting 1000s of users daily. Collaborate closely with our CPO to execute on product strategy, championing lean, agile and a user-centred approach Lead and participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives. Take charge of project management, defining project specifications and ensuring stakeholder alignment to keep progress on track Alongside the Senior Product Designer, conduct frequent user research, including interviews and testing, as well as close collaboration with customer support and marketing Create and maintain an effective repository to synthesise learnings from user research that can help inform the product roadmap and product backlog Regularly analyse quantitative data in Mixpanel to identify areas of high/low conversion and gather useful learnings to inform product development Define appropriate success metrics for new releases and monitor success using both quantitative & qualitative data Represent the customer within the development process Demonstrated experience of managing projects and keeping progress on track Proficiency in using analytics tools like Mixpanel and project management tools like JIRA Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in effectively and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals and in writing detailed project documentation Experience collaborating in Agile Scrum teams Experience in building product for Human Machine Interfaces, such as smart appliances (e.g., fridges and microwaves), in-car displays, and preferably smart mirrors Experience managing physical products, not just software Having previous experience or knowledge as a developer is beneficial, particularly with an understanding of how software interfaces are constructed (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) Passion for fitness, ideally with experience building fitness products and working out Competitive salary You\’ll work on ambitious projects, and your contribution will significantly impact the success of MAGIC AI now and in the future Unlimited Holiday (self-directed time off) Flexible Home/Hybrid Working from our London HQ (At least 2 days WFH per week) Mental Health Wellbeing support Hardware budget for brand new Macbook or other Professional learning & development budget Employment type Full-time Senior)Product Manager, Trading [Relocation to HK/SG] Lead Product Owner – Digital Transformation Product Lead – Personal Current Accounts Lead Product Owner – Digital Transformation Senior Product Owner – Engine by Starling Senior Product Manager – Enterprise servers Senior Product Manager, LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Hybrid) We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
