To continue fueling SharkNinja’s growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Strategy and Operations Director to join our team.
This role will be part of the global Shark Home marketing team, predominantly supporting countries across Europe as we expand into new territories and strengthen our position in legacy markets. Working cross-functionally, you will support the development of breakthrough marketing approaches that win with customers.
As a strategic marketing leader at Shark, you will play a critical role in aligning brand and business strategies to drive global growth, maximize margin, and reinforce brand positioning across all categories and regions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly integrate cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Market teams to ensure unified planning, flawless execution, and robust performance tracking – all while remaining agile and flexible.

You will lead communication efforts from the marketing team to the broader business, creating a cohesive narrative through consistent reporting and engagement with country and category leads. This role will be responsible for inspiring the team to deliver our marketing objectives and drive sustainable success for the business.
What You'll Do:
- Align brand and business strategy to ensure marketing and commercial efforts are directly tied to Shark’s global growth, margin, and brand priorities across all categories and regions.
- Integrate cross-functional execution: coordinating Marketing, Product, Sales, and Market teams to drive unified planning, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Identify and embed better ways of working both within the marketing team and with cross-functional partners. Ensuring global efficiency as we scale into more regions.
- Advise senior leadership on strategy. Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, shaping forward-looking growth plans and strategic priorities.
- Lead in recognizing growth opportunities for Shark marketing, identifying consumer needs and wants for each of our markets and categories.
- Be a leader of marketing best practice in the roll out of market expansion across new territories, working closely with Global teams to incorporate additional market insights.
- Drive forward a regional marketing planning process which includes orchestrating the marketing inputs for half yearly and annual planning including budget proposals, headcount and being the point person in the team on timings.
- Champion a breakthrough culture within the marketing department that is celebrated internally and externally.
- Orchestrate the various updates required from Shark marketing back to the business, from weekly reporting to Exec Reviews so we create a consistent and joined up narrative. Working closely with country and category marketing leads to feed into this.
- Actively use and advocate the use of enabling technology and the role of insight at the heart of decision making and tracking performance against goals.
- Establish and embed new processes within regional and country marketing to drive greater integration and efficiencies.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years proven experience in marketing at a senior level and be a skilled representative that is confident and keen to support high standard marketing execution.
- Experience working in a global organisation, ideally including experience scaling into new countries.
- Strong strategic marketing skills with an ability to constantly challenge the ordinary and do things bigger and better than ever before.
- Solutions orientated including thinking outside the box to tackle complex organisational challenges.
- A culture champion with the energy and enthusiasm to bring teams together and drive greater collaboration.
- A recognised and respected Senior marketing practitioner earned through previous experience and success.
- A multi-tasker that can switch between strategy and tactics.
- A confident relationship builder that seeks to further connections to deliver to all areas of the business
- Excellent at communicating and have the ability to work well alone, as well as with different departments across the business
- A strategic and commercial thinker, able to make recommendations with business KPIs in mind
- Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as required
