Role Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Aesthetic Specialist with expertise in machine-based aesthetic treatments to join our team at our flagship Oxford Circus, London location. This is a client-facing, on-site role perfect for someone confident in using advanced devices and technologies for skin rejuvenation, contouring, and hair removal.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of device-led aesthetic treatments including:
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
- RF Microneedling
- Skin Tightening and Rejuvenation Treatments
- Consult clients and create tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records
- Ensure a high level of hygiene, safety, and clinic protocol is upheld
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Assist in upselling relevant skincare and treatment packages
- Stay current on new technologies, protocols, and training
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (Level 4+ preferred)
- Proven experience operating HIFU, microneedling, and laser machines
- Comfortable performing treatments on the face and body
- Exceptional communication and consultation skills
- Warm, professional, and confident bedside manner
- Sales or retail experience within an aesthetics or clinical setting is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing education and industry developments
