  • Drive creative outreach campaigns and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and EVP projects.
  • Support ATS migration and implementation projects (e.g. testing workflows, migrating data, updating templates)

People Operations

  • Prepare contracts of employment for new joiners
  • Conduct right-to-work checks and support pre-employment compliance
  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences in collaboration with EA/Office Manager, e.g.first-day comms, systems access, and culture touchpoints.
  • Support with maintaining data integrity across all people, systems and documentation.

About you:

  • Hands-on sourcing experience across Engineering, and ideally Machine Learning and Product.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience + in-house Talent/People Operations role (ideally within a tech startup/scale up or agency with a strong tech focus)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Interested in building strong candidate and employee experiences.
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, GSuite, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
