A leading UK private equity firm is establishing a presence in Bristol and is seeking an experienced Investment Partner to lead activity in the region. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in building a new office for an investor with a strong national track record in backing ambitious, fast-growing businesses.

The Opportunity
As Investment Partner, you’ll:

  • Lead the origination, execution and portfolio management of new investments across the South West.

  • Play a critical role in setting up and growing the Bristol office, with support from the national team.

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate finance advisors, founders and non-executive networks.

  • Take board positions and work closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation.

  • Influence firm-wide strategy as a senior member of the national investment team.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced investor with a successful track record in deploying capital into UK SMEs.

  • Strong deal execution skills, including diligence, structuring and negotiation.

  • Deep regional network across the South West (or clear ability to build one).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the credibility to lead a new office and represent the firm locally.

  • ACA/CFA or equivalent background preferred but not essential.
