Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong understanding of engineering and professional membership organisations ? A respected professional membership organisation is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to oversee governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
- Oversee governance, risk management, and financial planning
- Support strategic initiatives alongside the CEO and senior leadership team
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including members, volunteers, and industry representatives
About You
- Experience in membership organisations or professional institutions
- Strong leadership, governance, and financial management expertise
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
- Educated to degree level (in engineering preferred)
