About the role…

As the Business Development Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth – identifying new opportunities, opening doors with bold brands, and shaping commercial partnerships that align with our vision. Reporting directly into the Founder, you’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches and convert prospects into long-term clients. This isn’t about high-pressure sales, it’s about building genuine relationships, spotting potential, and connecting clients with what the agency does best: creating work that moves the needle. You’ll own the new business strategy, nurture a strong pipeline of prospects and partners, and lead proactive outreach across industries and events. From crafting proposals and pitch decks to refining the positioning with the senior team, you’ll play a pivotal role in how they show up in the market. Staying plugged into trends, competitor activity, and client challenges will be second nature. Representing the agency with energy, credibility, and confidence at every step.

About you…

To be considered for this Business Development Director role, we’re looking for a confident and credible business development professional with 5+ years’ experience in the creative, brand, or digital agency world.
