We have a fantastic opportunity for a CEO to lead Sutton Vision, working directly with the Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Board of Trustees. This role offers the chance to drive the delivery of Sutton Vision's 2030 Strategy, ensuring the organisation responds effectively to the needs of people living with sight loss in Sutton.

The CEO will be responsible for maintaining high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services while achieving measurable impact for service users. This strategic leadership role involves working closely with the Board of Trustees, staff, and external partners to shape and implement the charity's vision.

To be successful as the CEO, you will need:

  1. Confidence in strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to frontline delivery of person-centred services
  2. Experience in successful fundraising from trusts, foundations, corporate, and individual donors
  3. Operational management experience of a small charity office and team
  4. Strong communication skills and empathy across all levels
