At Sodexo Live!, we create exceptional moments at the heart of incredible events.We’re looking for a Terrace Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at the American Express Stadium – BHAFC , helping us deliver unforgettable experiences to every guest, every time.
As Terrace Deputy Manager, you\’ll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of The Terrace , one of the stadium’s premium hospitality spaces.Working alongside the wider Sodexo team, you\’ll ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality food, drink, and service across both match day and non-match day events.
You’ll support the Terrace General Manager in planning and executing events, managing budgets, coordinating staff and suppliers, and ensuring all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are not only met—but exceeded.
We’re seeking someone passionate about hospitality with the drive to lead by example, inspire teams, and consistently deliver excellence.
What You\’ll Do:
Supporting the seamless running of The Terrace on matchdays and non-matchdays
Leading and motivating a team to deliver first-class hospitality
Assisting with financial management and stock control
Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver outstanding events
Upholding Sodexo’s high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe working culture
Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the department

What You Bring:
Proven experience managing a team of 10+ people
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and colleagues
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Budget awareness and ability to control costs in line with company targets
Experience in venue or stadium hospitality management
Familiarity with Sodexo IT systems (or similar industry tools)
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and innovations
