Job Description

We are currently looking for seeking an Structures Supervisor on our Gloucestershire County Council Contract.

What You’ll Do:

As a Structures Supervisor you’ll support the delivery of bridge and retaining wall maintenance and construction works under a long-term term maintenance contract. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating works from initial design through to on-site delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and standards are met
  • Overseeing health and safety on-site, carrying out risk assessments and ensuring full compliance with regulations
  • Liaising with Gloucestershire County Council, design teams, and contractors to keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Managing logistics, including ordering materials and coordinating timely deliveries to site
  • Tracking costs and progress, ensuring accurate booking of works completed and value claimed under the contract
