Job Description
We are delighted to be working in partnership with our client based in Inverness who are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to work within their Property Team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role would suit a professional individual who offers experience working within Property and the Legal sector.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
- Being a point of contact and answering any calls, take message and support visitors to the office
- Maintain diaries and arrange appointments
- Manage all filing, both hard and soft copies
- Open and closure of client files and sending documents for storage
- Assist with anti-money laundering checks
- Provide cover for reception services when required
- Manage all administrative tasks
To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:
- Previous experience within a similar role whether this be within an administrative or legal secretarial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with audio and copy typing
- Background using track changes and mail merge
- Confidence dealing with clients and colleagues of all levels
- Strong technical capability
- Committed to providing a first-class service at all times
- Natural positive and proactive attitude
