Deputy General Manager – Boutique Hotel Opening, West London

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy General Manager to join the opening team of a brand-new independent boutique hotel in the heart of West London. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one and play a key role in bringing a fresh, design-led hospitality concept to life.
As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth delivery across rooms, F&B, and guest relations. You’ll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and takes pride in creating memorable stays for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations and pre-opening setup.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance across departments.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
- Help drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met.
