Key Responsibilities
Transaction Excellence
- Lead M&A transactions, IPOs, and equity fundraising from initiation to completion
- Develop sophisticated financial models and perform detailed valuation analysis
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies and investment opportunities
- Manage complex project timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Client Partnership
- Serve as primary contact for corporate clients, providing strategic market guidance
- Build relationships with senior management teams and board members
- Support business development through pitch preparation and client presentations

Regulatory Expertise
- Ensure compliance with AIM rules, London Stock Exchange regulations, and FCA requirements

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- ACA qualification
- 1-3 years post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, or due diligence
- Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
Professional Background (Any of the Following)
- Corporate finance advisory experience in M&A, capital raising, or restructuring
- Transaction services background in financial due diligence or vendor due diligence
- Due diligence experience across commercial, financial, or operational areas
- Investment banking analyst or associate experience
Technical Skills
