Hamptons is seeking a Lead Services Consultant (currently working remotely), specializing in the Build to Rent property market. This is a maternity cover position on a 12-month fixed-term contract .

Key Responsibilities of a Lead Consultant:
- Increase our market share within the Build to Rent and PRS markets by building relationships with potential tenants and clients.
- Establish strong relationships with our front office teams through regular meetings.
- Qualify and register portal and telephone enquiries, utilizing our database to generate viewing appointments on our developments and properties.
- Build rapport, upsell each site, and convert initial enquiries into viewings and deals.
- Focus on current and future pipeline business, referring applicants back to the local branch network.
- Make business generation calls to current and previous applicants to secure appointments across our live properties.
Experience & Skills Required to be a Successful Lead Consultant:
- Proven track record of achieving results in a sales-based role.
- Passionate about building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized with a proactive approach.
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Highly competitive commission structure.
