Northern Ireland Housing Executive – Administration Officer – Newry Do you have administrative experience and looking for a role within the Public Sector? Hourly Rate: £12.59 per hour Location: Newry Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing Please note closing date for this vacancy is 17th January 2025 – however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today Duties include: Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support. Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required. Proof-read reports and other material. Input data, maintain records and reporting systems. Respond to queries. Help monitor and manage team inbox. Organise and prioritise work within a busy team. Criteria: 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English. 1 years relevant experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency – Intermediate. The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to interact with customers.
