Office: London-based studio (Southwark) Hybrid Working and Flexible Hours Duties:

  • Leading the technical design and detailing of large-scale hotel projects
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through all RIBA stages
  • Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings
  • Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practice’s Client Network
  • Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in delivering high-end hotel or hospitality projects
  • Confident and proficient in Revit, with experience leading technical packages
  • A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods
  • A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client Network
