Position Overview:

As the Head of Product at Nucs AI, you will lead the product direction of our AI-powered technology, focusing on clinical integration and patient outcomes in prostate cancer care. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare integration and product strategy, particularly in the MedTech sector. This role places a greater emphasis on healthcare experience and the ability to lead product teams that prioritize clinical relevance, usability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set Product Direction: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that anticipates future healthcare needs and positions the company as an industry innovator.
  • Go-to-Market & Product-Market Fit: Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring continuous refinement of product-market fit through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborations & Pilot Studies: Identify and cultivate new partnerships with healthcare institutions, technology providers, and other stakeholders, leading pilot studies to validate product effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Clinical Systems Expertise: Oversee the integration of our healthcare applications into clinical environments, with a particular focus on Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
  • Workflow Enhancement: Develop products tailored to the real-world needs of healthcare providers, optimizing clinical workflows and delivering demonstrable value to patients and practitioners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and PACS vendors to ensure smooth integrations and robust product performance.
  • Product Evolution: Continuously refine the product development strategy, ensuring each release meets stringent clinical integration requirements and remains intuitive for end users.
  • Clinical Integration & Leadership:
    • Domain Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, patient care, and health technology to guide product vision and execution.
    • Cross-Functional Alignment: Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams—engineering, design, regulatory, and sales—to develop user-centric, secure applications that address critical healthcare challenges.

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at cultivating and managing relationships with clinicians, technical teams, and other key partners to align product development with strategic objectives.
  • Medical Imaging Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in medical imaging, with a track record of delivering successful products in AI-powered diagnostics domain.
