Responsibilities

  • Directly drive the largest and most significant AI Business Partner opportunities in strategic accounts and scale across the broader market through v-teams and communities.
  • Discover, assess, evaluate, and challenge strategic customer objectives, translating them into digital transformation opportunities.
  • Address key change scenarios with quantifiable business value outcomes and justification.
  • Create compelling business value and outcome-backed proposals, collaborating with the business value team. Help negotiate commercial agreements to successful close.
  • Develop solution sales strategies mapping win themes to business value for AI Business Partners.
  • Leverage experience from large geographic territories, industry scenarios, and ISV markets to support field sales team execution.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to customers.
  • Support incubation to mainstream for selected sales motions, providing feedback to product groups and maintaining the continuous loop.
  • Enable field sellers on best practices for discovery, driving business value, and market competitiveness.
  • Advise the C-Suite on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in industry thought leadership with deep tech knowledge of ERP, CRM, Low Code platforms, L300-400.
  • Experience in developing and leading account strategies and opportunity execution plans in complex business environments for Fortune 500+ organizations.
  • Proven track record in senior pursuit leadership with success in new business development, territory expansion, and quota achievement.
  • Ability to assess strategic customer objectives, discover digital transformation opportunities, and measure economic value.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with virtual teams of experts across various domains.
  • Disciplined with accurate forecasting and forecast hygiene.
  • Certification or deep experience in business value selling.
  • Ability to effectively convey the value of cross-platform solutions (D365, Power Platform, Office 365, Azure, AI, ML, ISVs) to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong autonomy, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.
  • Deep understanding of competitors and related ecosystems.

  • Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
