Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Operations to join their team.* Full-time, hybrid role with flexibility* Opportunity to manage an operations team and oversee back-office services* Looking for roven experience in a UK wealth management business straddling both investment management and financial planning* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams What you\’ll do: Manage and report key MI data to inform business strategy Oversee IPS back-office operations including line management of various roles Responsible for training and development of the Operations Team Support the Managing Partner in devising Operations Team strategy according to business need and regulations Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations; manage and develop effective control processes for all internal data Act as key data owner: Data architect for IMiX, Database changes, Data queries and analysis for wider firm, Management Information owner and designer coordinator.
