Job Description
Business Support Manager / Customer Service Lead
£40-50K plus package
Office based – Cambridgeshire
Our client:
- We are working with a trusted provider of sustainable food packaging to the UK food industry
- They work collaboratively with their clients to provide state of the art, thermoformed food packaging with integrated recycling capabilities
- They are now recruiting a Business Support Manager / Customer Service Lead to manage the internal sales team
You will be responsible for:
- The main purpose of this role is to manage the Internal sales team.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer accounts, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. You will work closely with Operations and Sales teams overcoming problems and giving an overview of KPI’s.

- As an Integral Manager, you will need to lead by example, collaborating closely with stakeholders across all areas and provide a source of support, inspiration, guidance, and mentorship across the business.
- Super user of SAP and ensuring the team are trained and developed on all systems.
The successful candidate will have:
- People Management experience as this role is leading a team of 6
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing Customer service roles
- Ability to lead by example and manage, develop, and support the Sales Team
- High working level of excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical with good communication skills
- Exceptional Organisation and Planning skills
