Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (9-5)

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an inclusive support service for disabled and chronically ill students
- Lead on disability-related policies, closing attainment gaps and improving graduate outcomes
- Provide specialist advice to students on support needs, funding and accessibility processes
- Coordinate pre-entry guidance and participate in events for prospective disabled students
- Line manage staff and oversee delivery of disability and inclusion support services
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to enable effective, anticipatory provision
- Maintain accurate data, monitor service impact and contribute to institutional reporting
- Ensure compliance with data protection, risk assessments, and sector-wide best practice
Required experience:
- Significant experience of working in a disability support context within Higher Education
- Good understanding of the responsibilities placed on Higher Education Institutions by the Equality Act
- Sound knowledge and experience of the funding and statutory support mechanisms for students with disabilities
