Worcestershire – x 2-3 days a week onsite

We are working with a truly exceptional events agency based in Worcestershire, supporting them in finding a brilliant new Project Manager to support the growth of their events team.

This leading agency has an exceptional client base with high-profile brands across sectors such as retail, sport, beauty, hospitality, and finance. They specialise in large-scale corporate events, conferences, roadshows, award ceremonies, and product launches, delivered by a talented, collaborative team creating award-winning campaigns.

This role offers the chance to work on exciting clients and campaigns. The company values every employee and prioritizes professional development, fostering a positive culture from the top down.

The Project Manager will be a key part of their events team, responsible for:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, scope projects, and respond to briefs.
  • Managing events from concept to delivery.
  • Handling delegate management and logistics in detail.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:
