Job Description
Service Delivery Director – Dynamics 365 Business Central
Salary: Circa £100k + benefits
South East – Hybrid (2 days/month in-office)
We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner that’s on the hunt for a Service Delivery Director to lead their delivery operations and scale their consulting function in line with rapid business growth.
This is a key leadership role, you’ll have full responsibility for delivery strategy, operational performance, and client satisfaction across consulting, development, and project management teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Define and implement the end-to-end service delivery strategy in alignment with business goals.
🔹 Lead and mentor delivery managers, consultants, developers, and PMs across multiple concurrent client projects.
🔹 Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution that meets budgetary, SLA, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
🔹 Build scalable delivery frameworks and best practices to support expansion and future growth.
🔹 Work closely with finance and commercial leadership to manage budgets, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities.
🔹 Act as a key stakeholder in client relationships—resolving escalations, understanding needs, and ensuring long-term value.
🔹 Support pre-sales engagements with delivery insights and resource planning.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 8+ years of leadership experience within a D365 Business Central Microsoft partner or Consultancy.
✔️ Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV (MUST HAVE).
✔️ Proven success in scaling delivery teams and driving profitability.
✔️ Strong grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
✔️ Exceptional stakeholder management, people leadership, and commercial acumen.
