Job Description

We are currently partnered with an elite US law firm who are looking to make multiple hires into their Digital Infrastructure team as part of their ongoing expansion. The team work at the intersection of infrastructure, technology and finance, helping clients structure, scale and future-proof essential network assets.

The practice spans strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and large-scale investments across key digital and communications assets, including fibre networks, wireless towers, satellites, subsea cables and data centres. These projects are often cross-border, capital-intensive and tightly regulated, requiring commercial pragmatism and technical insight.

Our client is open to candidates from NQ upwards, ideally coming from a Magic Circle or top US firm with strong academic credentials. They are also open to foreign-qualified lawyers with relevant sector experience who are looking to transition to the London market.
