Role Overview

Our Shared Services organisation offers business support across EA\’s organisation, assisting with payroll services, end-to-end purchase to pay with vendor management, expenses, Accounts Receivable and credit. We achieve this through rigorous processes and effective relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders.

You will be reporting to the Supervisor, Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

Support the Payroll Team in the monthly processing of all salary information, which could be for multiple EU locations.

You will collate data changes from Workday and prepare for entry into the Payroll System

Entry of changes into the Payroll System

Help with payroll validations.

Accounts Payable:

You will support the business partners with the P2P process.

Keep vendor accounts reconciled on a monthly basis.

Meet with Accounts Payable KPI\’s (Invoices payment on time, ATFPO, etc…)

You will support other AP ledgers to cover contingencies.

Major Functions & Related Activities:

Review and improve Source to Pay and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and local regulations.

Support the Shared Services team leadership to improve and simplify processes, promote global alignment, and build scalable systems to support business growth..

Identify and address issues early, providing solutions for moderate problems.

Support in projects in partnership with key stakeholders (e.g. Business Partners, Controllership, IT).

Improve the overall customer experience by reviewing historical data and identifying new trends.

Experience / Capabilities:

2+ years working within the Finance Shared Service organization or mixed finance teams.

Self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, maturity under pressure & anticipates and resolves problems before they develop.

Effective communicator in person, written, and through clear presentations.

You will assess the level of urgency for customer/business inquiries

Previous experience of working with Global Shared Service Centre.
