Are you ready to make a significant impact within a global leader in healthcare? At GSK, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage engineering contracts, provide legal advisory, and oversee procurement services. This pivotal role ensures seamless operations and robust compliance, contributing to our groundbreaking advancements.

In this role you will…

  • Contribute and manage all aspects of contracts management, contract set up and negotiation for capital projects maintenance operations and site based contracts.
  • Responsibility for all aspects of pre and post award programming and projects controls function including accountability for performance management of key site contracts.
  • Provide a service to support maintenance/facility operations by providing stakeholder management to ensure contracts are aligned to site requirements and in line with cost expectations.
  • Drive value and continuous improvement, in terms of quality, cost and supply, from suppliers to the Engineering function.
  • Ensure contractual adherence with regard GMP, quality critical operations on site and in relation to GES (Global Engineering Standards) adherence.
  • Interact with Finance, Procurement and P2P processes to ensure compliance to finance processes.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • A-Level or equivalent.
  • Experience within a contract management environment.
  • Business acumen and understanding
  • Ability to understand 3rd party business objectives
  • Experience of negotiation and legal environments
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP and QMS) environment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • HNC or Degree qualified in a Commercial or Engineering discipline.
