Our client is looking for a results-driven Agile Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading complex IT projects and digital transformations to work with them as they go through a large scale digital transformation across the organisation.
As an Agile IT Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in orchestrating end-to-end delivery across multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering agile best practices. Youβll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to deliver digital solutions that truly make a difference.
What Youβll Do
- Lead the delivery of multiple complex IT projects and digital transformation programs
- Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are consistently met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting and evolving Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) β advocating Agile processes across the business
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in IT and digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
