Our PMO Midlands team is expanding its Controls community. We seek passionate candidates across all professional and managerial levels to support early careers, grow into leadership, and foster our values of bringing out the best in everyone. With regional growth including new major programmes and clients, we require flexible, mobile planning, scheduling, performance reporting, and risk management professionals to serve our local region. Travel within the Midlands is expected and can be discussed during recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
- Tailoring reporting processes to client needs and best practices.
- Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements.
- Promoting the benefits of performance reporting and analytics within teams.
- Implementing and maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
- Establishing robust performance measurement baselines and supporting change control.
- Rolling out reporting calendars for consistent data analysis.
- Collaborating on data requirements for information management systems.
- Developing and maintaining corporate datasets.
- Providing guidance on data quality issues.
- Preparing governance materials for projects and portfolios.
- Identifying performance recovery strategies for stakeholders.
- Supporting KPI development and performance measures.
- Creating project reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
- Preparing presentations for governance and review meetings.
- Participating in communities of practice and providing training on performance management.
Essential experience includes working in project or programme environments, understanding interactions with other project controls, and proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI. Knowledge of project controls software such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys is desirable. Awareness of data architecture and models is also important.
