- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the UK energy and/or energy services market (e.g. Solar, Battery, Heat Pump installation).
- Excellent communication skills, effective across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive change and manage projects).
- Strong organisational skills, including workload management, data handling, and reporting.
- Collaborative team player experienced in multi-discipline environments.
- Proficient in developing commercially and strategically focused business cases.
