A Japanese IT company is currently recruiting a Pre-sales Specialist to work in their London office.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting business expansion with UK/European clients, carrying out technical pre-sales tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company\’s services.
The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in network security, exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to manage customer requirements effectively.

Pre-sales Specialist Main Responsibilities:
β Define customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
β Create high-level and detailed designs, proposals, and solution architectures
β Provide technical consultancy and support to their customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases
β Outline project plans, update progress of execution, including recovery plans
β Conduct revenue and profit analysis
β Research and identify emerging technology trends relevant to customer needs and business strategy
β Identify technology trends and create new products
β Provide strategic input into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
β Drive and manage technology evaluation stage
β Coordinate with suppliers for product cost and quotations
β Expand sales and pre-sales efforts
β Plan and handle presentations to customers, third parties, and suppliers
β Notify line manager of issues, customer complaints, and new business opportunities
β Escalate issues, customer complaints, and new business opportunities to the line manager
β Create project documentation
β Provide skills transfer and training to engineers
β Support end-to-end deployment of services and complex solutions
β Maintain 3rd party vendor certificates and partnerships
Pre-sales Specialist Ideal Candidate:
β Knowledge in network and security products such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CATO and other equivalent vendors/service providers
β Knowledge of new technologies of Enterprise IT solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, EDR/MDR and IoT
β Knowledge of new technologies of Enterprise IT solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, EDR/MDR and IoT
β Maintenance and installation experience of network & server infrastructure
β Familiarity with Windows Servers/PCs, VDI, VM and understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms like AWS and Azure
β Ability to create high standard technical documentation
β Valid CCNP or PMP/PRINCE2 Speciality or equivalent certification with hands-on experience
β Valid CISSP is highly in advantage
β Proven customer service experience across all customer levels
β Experience in designing, troubleshooting, and evaluating solutions
β Business level fluency in English
