As a Recruitment Coordinator within Civica’s Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and providing the coordination essential to successful hiring. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient interview scheduling, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling the Talent Acquisition team with the tools and insights needed to deliver high-quality, consistent recruitment outcomes.

What you will do to be successful in this role as Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across the UK, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare and send interview confirmations, logistics details, and supporting documentation to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Workable) to ensure reliable reporting and candidate tracking
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support efficient, consistent recruitment processes
  • Produce regular reports and track recruitment metrics to provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team and wider business
  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and candidate experience across recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling, documentation, and system updates accurately
  • Confident working with applicant tracking systems, and comfortable using digital tools to support recruitment processes
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts or process challenges
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with Talent Partners, hiring managers, and the wider People team to deliver smooth and consistent recruitment processes
  • Consistent attention to detail, ensuring records, reports, and candidate communications are accurate and consistently maintained
  • Highly organised, with the ability to maintain quality and process standards
