Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Products will involve:
* Specification sales position selling a high end range of manufactured bathroom & sanitaryware products such as: toilets, wash basins, bidet, baths, urinals, showers and accessories
* Will be based from the Clerkenwell office 2/3 times per week
* Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects, interiors designers (A&D) and hotel operators
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent stimulating demand / selling directly to dealers, main contractors and sub-contractors, with an element of fulfilling through the distribution channels via bathroom retails, bathrooms showrooms and dealers
* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
* Will be required to conduct CPD seminars
* Will be working on projects that range from £20k-£200k+
* Will be expected to generate £1m turnover once up and running
* Working on commercial projects mainly hotels in the London region
The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Products with:
* Must have proven track record in specification sales selling to interiors designers, architects and hotel operators
* Ideally bathroom or sanitary ware
* Would consider other products if you have a transferable route to market
* Ideally have a black book of contacts in the A&D market
* IT Literate and a good communicator
