Job Description
Hugely successful boutique luxury property firm that works with UHNW clients is looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator / Marketing Executive, someone who thrives in a role that blends creative energy with operational precision. This is not your average marketing or admin job. One moment you’ll be designing sleek digital brochures or editing a reel for socials, the next you’ll be coordinating diaries, managing listings, or fine-tuning client communications. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role in a small, ambitious team where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Creating standout marketing content across digital, print, and social
- Managing the company website, newsletters, and brand assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms
- Supporting day-to-day property operations: scheduling, client liaison, compliance, and CRM updates
- Maintaining high standards across all client touchpoints
- Provide ad hoc technical support (Microsoft 365 admin, general troubleshooting).
- Upload property listings to portals (Zoopla, Rightmove) and maintain CRM (Reapit).
