Mental Health Teaching Assistant Hounslow, North West London £90 – £110 Per day PAYE, depending on experience ASAP Start, full-time (term time only) We are working with a specialist SEMH provision in Hounslow, and the school is seeking a Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join them for an immediate start on a full-time contract basis. Therefore, it is important that the successful Teacher has a strong background in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques. There are 3 members of support staff assigned to this class, so there is lots of help to help manage this. It is also important that the successful Teacher has experience in planning and assessing children with additional needs so that areas of improvement can be highlighted, which as a result, will allow the children to achieve the best that they can.
