In short: SAP GRC Consultant required to action an S/4 to S/4 upgrade. The 3 main areas we\’re focused on are:
1) SAP Access Control
2) Merging Fiori and S/4 Hana roles to meet SAP good practices

We\’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP GRC Access Controls/Security/Roles & Access Consultant to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. You\’ll play a crucial role in our landscape upgrade project, focusing on implementing and optimising SAP GRC Access Controls 12 for S/4HANA, streamlining our security roles, and ensuring a seamless transition for our users.
If you have a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA environments and a deep understanding of GRC Access Controls, we want to hear from you! Experience within utilities, finance, procurement, or HR sectors is highly desirable.
What You\’ll Be Doing
As our SAP GRC Access Controls/Security/Roles & Access Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
GRC Access Control Implementation & Optimisation
- Implementing AC 12 for S/4HANA: Lead the implementation of Access Controls 12, building upon our existing standalone AC 12 solution.
- Driving Improvements: Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to existing GRC functionality.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the new GRC solution.
- Business Role Refinement: Rebuild GRC Business Roles to align with our newly developed S/4HANA roles.
- Ruleset Update: Update the GRC Segregation of Duties (SoD) Ruleset to reflect the revised role structure.
Roles & Access Consolidation & Upgrade
- Role Consolidation: Consolidate three distinct sets of roles (S/4HANA, Fiori, and GRC) into a unified, embedded S/4HANA solution.
- Fiori & S/4HANA Role Merging: Merge standalone Front-End Server (Fiori) roles and Back-End Server (S/4HANA) roles, aligning with SAP Best Practices.
- Impact Analysis & Updates: Utilise the Fiori Impact Analysis tool to update new S/4HANA roles post-analysis.
- Role Upgrades: Execute role upgrades using SU25.
- Role Rationalisation: Rationalise existing Support and GRC role sets to optimise for the new landscape.
Project Support & Knowledge Transfer
- Testing Support: Provide essential support during the testing phases of the new landscape.
- Hypercare & Early Life Support: Offer crucial business support during the Hypercare and Early Life Support stages of the landscape upgrade.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer of the new Role Design and Build, as well as the Access Control 12 solution, to our internal support team.
What You\’ll Bring
- GRC Access Control 12 Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience as a GRC Access Control 12 consultant.
- Roles & Access Consulting: Demonstrable experience as a Roles & Access consultant, including SU25 role updates and merging Fiori and S/4HANA roles.
- S/4HANA Upgrade Experience: Solid experience with upgrade projects within an S/4HANA environment.
- Extensive S/4HANA Knowledge: Deep and extensive experience working with S/4HANA.
- Industry Background (Desirable): A strong background in utilities, finance, procurement, or HR.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of or experience of working with: GRC Cloud IAG, SAP S/4 Public Cloud and SAP BTP workflows will be a big advantage
