About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Marketing Associate Manager with 3–4 years of experience to join a globally recognised financial services company. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career by gaining exposure to a fast-paced, global environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive EMEA marketing team, working across day-to-day executional tasks that support both our buy-side business . This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a “can-do” attitude, and a genuine interest in the financial industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll support the delivery of a range of marketing materials and activities including:
- Creating and distributing client-facing communications such as emails and factsheets
- Supporting event logistics, updates, and collateral
- Managing marketing assets, updating content, and performing general admin duties
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Assisting in the execution of regional marketing plans, primarily focused on the buy-side and Dubai markets
- Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services , investment banking , banking or investments or similiar
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident working across multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with marketing tools, content platforms, or email systems is a plus
- Interest in finance or desire to develop industry knowledge
