Responsibilities
Serve as a Relationship Manager for Japanese and Asian multinational customers
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities
Achieve qualitative and quantitative business targets by understanding customer needs and proactively offering solutions
Drive product sales and development
Create pitches for clients and promote transaction banking services
Monitor and manage profit and sales progress for the team/department
Ensure asset quality within the team/department through proper credit risk management
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in the finance or banking industries
Minimum Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent qualification
Business-level English and some proficiency in Japanese language
Strong knowledge of Commercial Banking, Corporate Financing, Credit/Financial Analysis, Economics, and Accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Visa sponsorship may be available depending on experience and eligibility
